| Formal Shirt: Formal

shirts have pleated fronts. There are

| Pique Shirt: Has a
wing collar and pique front instead of pleated
front. Worn with tails and pique vest and tie for
"white tie" events. |
| Crossover Collar: Similar
to lay-down collar except the piots cross over each
other. Worn with a button cover instead of a tie. |
| Banded/Mandarin
Collar: A stand-up collar. Worn with a button
cover instead of a tie. |
| Lay-down Collar: Traditional
dress shirt collars. |
| Wing Collar: Collar
has downward points. |
